Is there a minimum order?

No, just order the exact quantity you require. We cannot accept orders for 5 or less invites.

How long does it take to produce an order?

Allow 2-3 weeks once your order goes into production.

When do I need to send out my invitations?

Three months before the wedding date is sufficient. This allows plenty of time for your guests to respond and for you to confirm numbers with your reception venue, caterers etc.

What if I need more invitations once you have made my original order?

Email me with details of extra invites required and they will go into production immediately at the same cost

I want to order other items later – such as, Order of Service, Menus, Place Cards, Table Plan etc, how much time do I need to give you.?

Always allow as much time as possible but try to give me 2-3 weeks before the wedding. I will always remind you if time is getting short.

I have seen a design on your site but would like it in another colour?

Go to Colour Choices for all designs on the MENU BAR and see colours the design is available in. if the colour you want is not listed get in touch with me and I will discuss what options you have.

Does it cost extra to change the colour?

No.

Can you make a bespoke design for me and do you charge for this service?

A cost may apply if I have to source items to make the sample of your bespoke design. Otherwise the £5.00 sample cost applies.

I like the Order of Service and Menu from a design that is different from my invitations – can I pick and choose from designs?

Yes

Do I have to assemble the invitations?

No, they come totally finished - all you do is stick the stamp on and mail to your guests.
