How To Order
MENUS and ORDER OF SERVICE
For both the EXCLUSIVE
and PREMIER Collections
If we have already made your invitations or if you have had a face to face
meeting in my studio
we will have this information.
Please mail or e-mail the following information:
Your Order of Service Wording
We require what is to be printed inside both the Order of Service and Menus approx 3 weeks before the wedding unless another timescale has been agreed.
Your Menu wording
See above
Scroll Menus only
Please advise wording and ribbon colour
Number of Order of Service required.
Usually allow 1 Order of Service per couple
Number of Menus required
Usually allow 2 menus per table of 8 or 3 menus per table of 10
Advise your design and colour choice
This applies only if this is your first order with us
WORDING PROOFS
A proof is sent of all your wording using your font choice and arranged to fit either a 3 page insert or open-style Order of Service. (We will inform you at this stage if the open-style Order of Service format is unsuitable for your wording) Please read the proofs carefully and advise us of any errors or changes.
PAYMENT OF ORDER OF SERVICE AND MENUS
We require payment in full before your order goes into production
unless another agreement has been made.

We will advise cost of postage as this can vary (use £8.00
as a guide)
All orders are despatched by guaranteed overnight post
and require a signature.
Please advise if you would like to take delivery
at your home or work address.
Or if you live in the London area you
may collect them yourself.
